Qala Bibi Girls Primary School – Afghanistan

In 2007 the Qala Bibi Girls Primary School was constructed in Afghanistan with funds raised primarily by the Falmouth Rotary Club. Located about 40 miles north of Kabul on the Shomali Plain, the school has 8 classrooms and serves over 300 girls in grades 1-6 from 13 area villages. 

Falmouth Rotary Club continues to provide support by raising money for school supplies for both students and teachers, and a women's literacy program.
